Iram supports the SPS delivery and strategic development of Information and Resources (I&R) ranging from identifying new content, supporting authors, page writing/editing, to recording podcasts. She also leads the London I&R content delivery through work with the Guys & St Thomas’s and Northwick Park MA teams.

Iram’s substantive role leads the delivery of the London sites enquiry answering service (EAS) and contributes to the national EAS strategy.

She also leads on the development and delivery of the UKMi National Medicines Information Training course and is an active member of the UKMi Quality and Risk Management Group.
